We gave every member of the Wideny team a festival gift package this year. What This Season Means for Your Orders
We know that for our international buyers, a Chinese holiday is also a practical question: what happens to my orders while you are celebrating?

Mid-Autumn Festival this year falls on September 21. With National Day Golden Week following closely on October 1–7, the combined holiday window means production and logistics capacity across China tightens significantly through mid-October.
For buyers with Q4 deadlines - Black Friday, Christmas, year-end restocking - that window is narrower than it looks.
Here is what we are committing to:
Orders already in production will ship on schedule - our team has planned around the holiday calendar
New inquiries received before September 21 will be confirmed before the holiday
Urgent requests during the holiday period will be handled within 24 hours of our return
If you are unsure whether your timeline is at risk, reach out this week - we will tell you honestly
We are not going to overpromise. But we are also not going to go quiet during the holidays and leave you guessing.
